A trade show is an event where companies, organizations, or brands gather to showcase their products, services, or innovations to a targeted audience, primarily consisting of industry professionals. These events offer an opportunity to discover the latest trends, meet suppliers, negotiate partnerships, and develop business opportunities. For companies, participating in a trade show enhances visibility, enables direct contact with potential clients, and strengthens their professional network.

 

Mood Maker has been frequently called upon to assist in organizing trade shows for major companies such as Bpifrance, Amazon, Le Dauphiné Libéré, and BFM Business, as showcased below.

BIG​

Bpifrance Inno Generation (BIG) is Europe's largest business gathering. This annual event, organized by Résonance and Bpifrance, brings together entrepreneurs, business founders, inventors, students, and journalists to explore the latest trends and technologies.

 

BIG by the numbers:

  • Over 87,000 registrants at the 10th edition

  • 7 days of setup

  • More than 40 partners involved in the event's production

  • Over 1,000 speakers

  • 3 stages: Le Bang, L'Ampli, Le Cercle

  • 300 workshops and conferences

  • 200 workshop facilitators coordinated

 

For the 4th consecutive year, Mood Maker is managing the programming for the Le Cercle stage (formerly Feu de Camp), a unique platform for entrepreneurs within the Club Excellence and Les Accélérés networks.

tech&fest

tech&fest is the only festival that brings together Industry, Research, Education, and Entrepreneurship. The goal of this event is to make tech more accessible in a "festival" atmosphere.

The 1st edition took place virtually over 2 days in Grenoble. A major event imagined by Le Dauphiné Libéré and EBRA Events!
 

tech&fest by the numbers:

• Over 15,000 leaders, researchers, entrepreneurs, and students

• 150 renowned speakers

• 2,000 middle and high school students

• 100 partners and exhibitors

 

Mood Maker took on multiple roles during this event:

  • Programming and managing the tech&fest TV studio, with more than 60 interviews

  • Organizing the gala dinner with 300 business leaders

  • Hosting an exclusive lunch for 250 partners and VIPs

  • Creating a Decarbonization Village, with 1-to-1 meetings between 30 startups and participants, with Motherbase, Numeum, and Solution Industrie du Futur. 

Amazon Academy

The Amazon Academy is a day full of inspiration and coaching, featuring renowned entrepreneurs and digital leaders from the e-commerce world.

 

This hybrid tradeshow (both online and in-person at the Elysée Montmartre) was open to all, offering a rich program including roundtable discussions, keynote speeches from prominent speakers, workshops to train merchants on how to sell better on Amazon, booths showcasing successful e-commerce businesses, and one-on-one meetings with Amazon experts.

 

In 2021, alongside the teams from BFM Business and Amazon, Mood Maker coordinated the event, handling event promotion, website and registration management, stage design, production of roundtable discussions and workshops, and the setup of private meetings between attendees and Amazon experts.
